Tom is a Master Plumber with with over twenty years experience. There is nothing he hasn't seen - from antiques to new construction, in commercial and residential settings - and no situation is too challenging. Tom's motto: we'll make it work! If the problem can be repaired, he'll fix it. Tom will never recommend something you don't need. No upselling here... Tom's name is his stock in trade.
"We had no heat during a cold spell and panicked. We called serveral plumbers, including one of the "big company" contractors, who said we needed a new heating system, which would cost thousands of dollars. They happened to have one in the warehouse.
Tom came out and said, "this Bessy [boiler] has a lot of life left to her." He repaired the problem, restored the heat, and saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Can't say enough about Tom's integrity. When she fails again, we're definitely calling Lamont!"
